This place holds great significance as it is where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment and is considered the most important Buddhist pilgrimage center. After checking in at the hotel, you can relax and refresh yourself before enjoying a delicious lunch at the hotel. In the evening, we will take you to visit the iconic Mahabodhi Temple and the revered Bodhi tree which marks the spot where Lord Buddha conquered evil and temptation to attain eternal peace and enlightenment. DAY 02: BODHGAYA

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, head out to visit the Mahabodhi Temple and the Bodhi tree. This is the very spot where the Buddha overcame the forces of evil and temptation, attaining blissful Nirvana. Next, explore the Thai, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and Japanese International monasteries, as well as the 80th Buddha Statue.

After a lunch, visit Sujata Village (also known as Senani Village), where the young maiden Sujata offered the rice milk bowl that ended Sakyamuni's hard asceticism. This inspiring incident led the Buddha to walk on a 'Middle Path' in every aspect of life. The Sujata Temple marks the exact site where she made the offering.

Then, head to the Dungeshwari Caves, where Prince Siddhartha practiced austere meditation for years and reduced himself to a skeleton. This location is incredibly sacred among Buddhists, as it is said to have been purified by the Lord himself through continuous meditation.

DAY 03BODHGAYA - RAJGIR - NALANDA – BODHGAYA

After a breakfast at the hotel, embark on an excursion to Rajgir, a place of great significance for Buddhists due to its sanctity. In the afternoon, visit Gridhkutta Hill, Bimbisar jail, and Ajatashatru's Fort. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Rajgir before continuing the journey to Nalanda, which is just 12km away and takes about 15 minutes to reach by car. Nalanda is one of the oldest universities in the world and an international center for Buddhist studies. It was established in the 5th century BC and was one of the greatest monastic universities of the ancient world. The university is believed to have been a place where Lord Buddha and the founder of the Jainism religion, Lord Mahavir, taught for years. In addition, a monument stands to honor the Chinese traveler, monk, and writer Hiuen Tsang, who studied at this university in the 7th century A.D. After exploring Nalanda, return to Bodhgaya for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel. r

Day 04: BODHGAYA – SARNATH -VARANASI

Upon breakfast at the hotel, embark on a scenic 270 km/ 6-hour drive to Varanasi, India's holiest and world's oldest living city. Popularly known as Kashi, Benares, or Banaras, it is located on the sacred Ganges River. Upon arrival in Varanasi, our representative will assist you and check you in at the hotel. Lunch will be served at the hotel before proceeding to Sarnath, which is approximately 15 km/ 30 minutes away.

Sarnath is one of the four major pilgrimage destinations for Buddhists and the place where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon to his five disciples after attaining enlightenment at Bodh Gaya. Here, you will visit the Dhamekh Stupa, a remarkable structure built by Emperor Ashoka, Deer Park - the site of Buddha's first teachings, and the Archaeological Museum (Note: The museum at Sarnath is closed on Fridays).

After the tour, you will have the rest of the day at your leisure to explore the holy city of Varanasi. Experience the spiritual aura of the city as you explore its many temples, ghats, and markets. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 05: VARANASI
Experience the serenity of the holy city of Varanasi with a beautiful boat ride on the river Ganges during sunrise. Marvel at the picturesque views as you glide across the river. After the boat ride, return to the hotel for a delicious breakfast. You can spend the rest of the day at your leisure, either relaxing or exploring local shopping areas.

At the appropriate time, you will be transferred to the Varanasi airport to board your flight to your next destination, with memories of the beautiful and sacred city of Varanasi etched in your mind.
